Warehouse Manager (m / f)

Your function

• You place external orders for the purchase of bulbs, screws, tape, work tools, working clothes, spray cans and other consumables
• You check deliveries, orders and invoices and make the necessary corrections
• You make sure your stock is consistent and meets the expected internal orders
• You will receive the goods you ordered and store them effectively in the warehouse
• You analyze internal orders and communicate with the applicant on possible alternatives
• You prepare all the material that is needed on-site
• You are responsible for the reception and re-storage of all unused items

Your profile

• You have a general technical training or are naturally technically minded
• You ideally have a first experience as a warehouse or stock manager
• You are tidy, love a well organised space and you roll up your sleeves to do it.
• You're socially adept and you get by well in French or English
• You have computer skills and can work accurately

Warehouse Prep Supervisor

Summary of principal duties and responsibilities:

• Liaise with Project Managers, HOD’s and Operations to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of orders.
• Manage the final preparation, verification, packaging and quality control of equipment.
• Assist in the specific show preparation of orders.
• Ensure Project managers are fully supported at all times.
• Take responsibility for fulfilling and ensuring support orders are accurate and despatched in the timeframe specified.
• Work closely with the HOD’s to ensure continuity of equipment preparation and standardisation.
• Identify and implement areas of improvement to assist with the preparation processes in liaison with Warehouse Manager and Operations Director.
• Ensure equipment is packaged appropriately and to a high standard.
• Ensure that labelling and identification of cases is clear and coordinated.
• Overseeing loading of equipment on trucks.
• Ensure that orders are accurately completed and loaded within the timescales required (including out of hours)
• Liaise with the Transport Department regarding last minute deliveries or changes to schedule.
• Report any prep specific issues to the relevant Project Manager.
• Keep up to date with the latest equipment, technology and trends.
• Assist in the undertaking of stock cycle counts with operational departments when scheduled.
• Report any health and safety issues to the Warehouse Manager.
• Report any unsatisfactory equipment to Warehouse Manager/Operations Director for review.
• Enter any equipment changes for jobs on-site on WINHITS where required.
• Ensure the LEAN process is adhered to at all times.
• Ensure the Company’s quality standards are maintained at all time.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager/Operations Director.
• Ensure that the Company’s policies, rules, procedures and obligations are observed in carrying out the above duties.

Skills and attributes required:

• Extensive experience of working within a warehouse environment.
• Methodical approach, conscientious with a good eye for detail.
• Good working knowledge of lighting, sound, video and rigging equipment.
• Excellent organisation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness co-operates with others.
• A good understanding of the industry.
• Good understanding customer requirements.
• Understanding of procedures, range of equipment and scope of duties.
• Capable of working to deadlines.
• Ability to copy well under pressure.
• Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Computer experience and a good understanding of ‘WINHITS.
• Positive attitude to extra duties and new challenges.
• Ability to maintain a safe, clean and hazard-free environment.
• Ability to understand and comply with the Company’s Health and Safety Rules.
• Reliable with a good timekeeping record.
• Language skills: Dutch and French.
• Ability to follow and undertake safe lifting practices as instructed.
• Prepared to work additional hours when necessary.

Equipment Planner Video (m/f)

As a member of the asset managers’ team you will be responsible for the video assets part and report to the head of asset management.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the physical inventory of the company’s video assets and maximize profit
• Ensure sub-rentals in an economic and timely manner in case of group shortages
• Keep up to date with the company’s inventory
• Keep all staff informed of new equipment additions
• Coordinate equipment transfers between national, european and worldwide locations
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors and other employees, i.e. with the transport team, production and account managers
• Oversee logistics, planning, reviewing and scheduling the outbound and inbound transfers

Your profile:

• Knowledge of video equipment and good understanding of the live event industry
• Experience in asset management within a rental sales company
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to cope with a demanding workload
• Profound verbal and written communication skills in 3 languages (dutch/english/french)
• Strong data analysis skills and negotiation skills
• Excellent computer skills, including stock control system software

Transport Assistant

Your function

• You make the planning for national and international transport and take into account all the legal obligations.
• You are in contact contacts with different transport companies to request quotes.
• You are the contact person for all the inquiries from suppliers, drivers as well as colleagues of the other departments in what concerns transportation.
• You give administrative support to the transport manager to whom you report and you will replace him during his absence.
• You will self-execute occasional transports within the Belgian territory.

Your profile

• You have several years of experience in administrative work and a first experience in a transport function.
• You are stress resistant and flexible in terms of working hours.
• You have computer skills.
• You have a EC driving license.
• You can manage in French and in English.

Equipment planner (m/f)

• Manage and oversee the physical inventory of the company’s audiovisual assets (light, sound and video, i.e. LED systems, projectors and screens, media servers, control systems)
• Ensure that equipment is planned in a cost-effective way with a maximum of profit
• Foresee sub-rentals in case of shortages of own materials
• Keep up to date with the company’s inventory
• Keep all staff informed of new equipment additions
• Coordinate equipment transfers between national, european and worldwide locations
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors and other employees, i.e. with the transport team, production and account managers
• Oversee logistics, planning, reviewing and scheduling the outbound and inbound transfers

Your profile:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering technology or similar
• A keen interest in light, sound and/or video equipment in the live event industry
• Experience in a similar job would be a plus, but is no necessity
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to cope with a demanding workload
• Verbal and written communication skills in 3 languages (dutch/english/french)
• Strong data analysis skills and negotiation skills
• Excellent computer skills, possibly including stock control system software

Project Manager (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

• Technical management of all audiovisual materials (light, sound, video) of projects mainly in Belgium and at times in neighbouring countries
• Be the single point of contact for both account manager and client for technical matters
• Liaise with crew planners, transport planners and equipment planners to ensure the right resources
• Process and enter completed equipment lists on the company’s database
• Brief crew and co-ordinate the project on-site
• Act as a member of the on-site team whenever required
• Manage projects to ensure they are delivered on budget and in accordance with the client’s needs

Your profile:

• You either have excellent technical working knowledge of audiovisual equipment, possibly with a specialization in light, sound or video;
or you have a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology or similar, complemented with a keen interest in audiovisual equipment and the eagerness to learn the job
• Your are competent in the translation of data from specifications and plans
• Having previous experience within a (similar) technical role is an advantage, but no must
• You possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• You can demonstrate verbal and written communication skills in 3 languages (dutch/english/french), whereby either dutch or french is your mother tongue
• You are computer literate and have knowledge of drawing programmes (such as Vectorworks)
