  • PRG provide design, décor, lighting, audio, video, labor as well as transmission and translation booths.
  • Due to the project’s scale, complexity and compressed time window, PRG was deemed the only production partner able to accomplish the event scope.
  • Information security was paramount, and spaces were created offering complete inbound and outbound sound and communications proofing. This required PB sound barrier ring walls and installation of custom ceiling and infrastructure at the IFEMA fair park site.
  • Representatives of 30 member states + Indo Pacific partners Australia, Japan, New Zealand, and the Republic of Korea attended.

  • On the evening before Inauguration Day, the Presidential Inaugural Committee (PIC) hosted a memorial to honor Americans who lost their lives to COVID.
  • Our work included the fabrication of the 400 monoliths at the heart of the project.
  • PRG also provided lighting for Demi Lovato’s inaugural performance pre-record, placed 30+ of our proprietary SmartXcan thermal scanners in key locations around DC and provided flypacks for CBS News, while PRG Gear supplied lenses to ABC News.

Originally planned as an in - person convention in Milwaukee, Covid forced a last - minute change and trucks were redirected to a holding yard before ultimately being redirected to Wilmington where a largely virtual Convention was based.
