Matthew Bratton is a Financial Analyst working out of the Armonk, NY office. He works closely with Executive Management on financial modeling, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Aside from the analyst role, Matthew works closely with PRG Post on business development and strategy.
Prior to joining PRG, Matthew interned in the Private Wealth Management sector at Merrill Lynch.
Matthew received his Bachelors of Science degree from St. John’s University, majoring in Finance and graduating with Cum Laude honors. While attending St. John’s University, Matthew was enrolled in the Executive-in-Residence program and was a member of the Omicron Delta Epsilon Economics and Finance Honor Society.8458
Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs /
Director, South American Operations
With over 20 years of legal experience, Susan has been an in-house legal counsel for PRG since 1998. She assists all locations with their day-to-day legal needs, risk management, contract negotiations, and general legal advice. She has established a track record for providing practical, business-oriented and strategic solutions to her internal PRG clients, and PRG’s outside customers and partners. She also works closely with PRG’s Human Resource department, assisting and advising on employment policies and related matters, and manages PRG’s business insurance and risk management. As if this wasn’t enough, along with these traditional legal responsibilities, in 2012 Susan became the Director of South America, liaising between PRG Argentina and PRG’s Senior Management. In this role, she assists PRG Argentina navigate through PRG’s internal services and processes, advises on all aspects of our Argentinian operations, and participates in PRG’s strategy for growing its Latin American presence. With Susan’s many years of experience at PRG, she has a wealth of knowledge about PRG that also makes her one of the “go-to” people for information when you don’t know where else to go.
Prior to joining PRG, Susan was an Assistant District Attorney in Queens, NY, and worked as an in-house attorney for the NYC Department of Parks. Susan has a Bachelors degree in Economics from SUNY Binghamton and a JD degree from Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University.
Susan is based out of our offices in Armonk, New York.
Chief Asset Officer
Senior Manager, Technology Development Group
Since joining PRG in May 1997, Scott has been involved in both financial and operational management of the company.
In his role as Chief of Asset Strategy, Scott is responsible for the global annual capital expenditure plan, PRG’s R&D teams, and the development and implementation of asset strategy initiatives.
Scott received a BS in Accounting from the University at Albany in New York and is a Certified Public Accountant. He joined PRG from the professional services firm Ernst & Young.
Vice President, Legal
As PRG’s Executive Vice President of Business Affairs and General Counsel, Bob oversees all of the company’s legal affairs and has had an active role in all of the company’s acquisitions and capital transactions.
Prior to joining PRG in 1997, Bob served as a partner at the law firm of Pepe & Hazard LLP in Hartford, Connecticut, and as an attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in New York City.
Bob received his JD from Columbia University Law School, an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
Senior Vice President and Chief Account Officer
Tom Mignanelli oversees PRG’s accounting and treasury functions and serves on PRG’s corporate strategic planning team. He comes to PRG from Supresta, a specialty chemicals company based in Ardsley, NY, where he was CFO for four years. During his career, Tom also served in financial management roles at several other companies and spent four years as an officer in the United States Army. A Certified Public Accountant, he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Notre Dame University and a Master of Business Administration from American University. He is based in PRG’s corporate office in New Windsor, NY, and reports to Scott Hansen.
Melissa Sims started at PRG in April 2013 for the corporate legal department. Originally from Southern California, Melissa moved to Westchester County in August of 2011. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master of Arts degree in History from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. With a background working mainly for small companies as the bookkeeper and office manager, working at PRG is her first foray into the entertainment industry.
