PRG is the one call that makes everything else fall into place.

The Challenge: Turn many moving parts into one great show.

The Solution: Planning a complex corporate event with no margin for error, Jessica Zipser, president of ZOe Productions, put all her technology needs in the hands of a resource she could trust: PRG.

“This was an important annual meeting for our client, with thousands of guests and a lot going on,” recalls Zipser. “I needed someone who could wrap their heads around the whole project, and PRG was the logical choice.” PRG provided lighting, audio, video, rigging and some scenic elements for the event, staged in January 2008 at the Paris Hotel, Las Vegas.

From day one, PRG was part of the planning team. “They listened to our ideas and came up with a package that met our needs,” says Zipser. “They not only had the right equipment, they had the magicians who could make it all work. They were a great liaison with the union — and even recommended a lighting designer to work with us.”

As a one-source solution, PRG could draw on multiple technologies to use resources more effectively. “They weren’t tied to just one option, so they could recommend the best choice — for example, bigger screen versus upgraded lights,” says Zipser. Seeing the big picture also let PRG anticipate problems: Knowing that the room would have to shift from a general session to a concert hall in just six hours, they set up the equipment and rigging to be functional for both with minimal modifications.

“PRG couldn’t have been more helpful,” Zipser concludes. “I’m really glad I made the call.”
