Bill Tipton
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Bill oversees the day-to-day operations of the PRG Hi-Tech Atlanta office.
Bill has over 20 years of experience in the audio visual and staging industry. Bill began his career as a part time freelance technician during his college years as a Marketing major. His early interaction with Hi-Tech was that of a client, renting equipment for his shows and events. With this early interaction with Hi-Tech came an appreciation for the products & services the company was offering, as well as with an offer from Hi- Tech to join the company.
During his time with Hi-Tech, Bill has held many positions, including Operations, Account Management, and Sales. As Operations Manager for PRG Hi-Tech, Bill works closely with the rest of the PRG management team to insure the continued success of city operations. His leadership and motivation will continue to mold our team of customer-focused professionals to compliment our extensive inventory and technical expertise.
Bill enjoys working in this industry. He feels that not everyone can do what we do, and very few people really understand what we do. Work is Bill’s passion and his hobby, but when he can pull himself away from the job, he loves being with his family, his pets and enjoys driving his tractor.
