Jan Pestinger

Director of Personnel

As director of personnel, Jan Pestinger is responsible for all company employee information and is currently working on a special project for the development and implementation of PRG’s human resource information, payroll and benefits administration systems. She also coordinates the company’s recruiting, student internship and management training programs.

Jan has been with PRG since its merger with VLPS Lighting Services in July, 2004. During her 25 years of employment with VLPS, she gained experience in a variety of functional areas, including accounting, administration, finance, and contract management. In 1990, she founded the company’s human resources department and then led it through VLPS’ merger with PRG.

Although Jan has been employed primarily in corporate management roles during her career, she also acquired significant road experience as production accountant with the Rolling Stones’ Tattoo You tour.
