Based in Las Vegas, Joe Schenk III oversees PRG’s delivery of temporary labor crews and payroll processing services for corporate events, special events, and television & film productions throughout the United States.
Joe began his entertainment industry career in the early 1990s as a member of PRG’s Las Vegas scenic operation. During his many years of service in that operation, his roles included technician, foreman, project manager, and general manager. In 2002, he left PRG to start his own entertainment technology company. After selling his interest in that company in 2004, he was persuaded to return to PRG to manage the company’s rapidly growing labor services business.
During his career, Joe has managed the delivery of technical solutions for literally thousands of projects, including corporate events, special events, sporting events, auto shows, theatrical productions, themed attractions, concerts, award shows, game shows, talk shows, cooking shows, and other television & film productions.
Joe’s many clients have included the Jack Morton Company, MJM Creative, ThinkWell Design, PGI, Imagination, Exhibit Works, MC², MVP Communications, Cirque du Soleil, Hotopp Associates, Rene Lagler, Eddie Knasiak, Danny Champ, Steve Swanson, Andy Warfel, and many others.
When not on the job, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife Dörte and children Conner & Zoe, and working on his 1936 Ford hot rod.
