Mark Wathen
Project Manager
Mark Wathen has been an integral part of the PRG Hi-Tech team since 1997. Mark focuses on corporate and special event project management and technical support for the sales team. Originally centered in theater, Mark shifted to a more corporate focus in the early 1990’s and has over 17 years of theater, corporate meeting, and trade show experience. After involvement in opening the performing arts center at Gwinnett Center, Mark then worked as the in-house technical and lighting director for the center.
An Atlanta native, Mark received his bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and was involved in the opening of the school’s Ferst Center. What Mark enjoys most about working in this field is that every day is different and challenging.
When not at work, Mark enjoys volunteering at his church and camping and bike riding with his wife, Leila, and three children Alex, Claire and Cate.
