Based in Los Angeles, Paul Newman is one of PRG’s senior business development executives serving the concert touring market.
Paul began his career over 30 years ago in London, England. In 1975, he co-founded T.A.S.C.O, a production services company that quickly became the leading supplier of audio and lighting technology to the European concert touring market.
In 1978, Paul moved to the United States to help T.A.S.C.O. establish a Los Angeles office. Paul then spearheaded the growth of T.A.S.C.O.’s business in North America, providing state-of-the-art audio solutions to some of the concert touring industry’s leading artists. Paul joined A1 Audio when it acquired T.A.S.C.O. in 1992 and PRG when it acquired A1 in 1999. Since joining PRG, Paul has led the company’s audio support efforts for the concert touring market.
During his long career, Paul has served many of the most popular acts in the recording industry, including Aerosmith, Van Halen, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, Matchbox Twenty, Rod Stewart, Eric Clapton, and Chicago. He has also provided audio support for major television productions, including the phenomenally popular talent show American Idol.
When not working, Paul enjoys attending his children’s football, volleyball and track events.
