DVI

Digital Visual Interface - a video display interface created by the Digital Display Working Group (DDWG) used to connect a video source to a display device. It can transmit digital (DVI-D) , analog (DVI-A), or a combination of both signals (DVI-I). DVI was developed to create an industry standard for the transfer of digital video content.
