Durham Ritchie is the esteemed General Manager of PRG Australia, wielding a profound influence with over 35 years for industry expertise. His diverse background spans Concert Touring, Theatrical, and Event industries, shaping him into a versatile leader. At PRG, Durham orchestrates seamless daily operations, utilising his wealth of experience to transform client visions into reality. His legacy includes pivotal roles in colossal projects, notably the Australian F1 Grand Prix and Moto GP for 26 years, Commonwealth Games, and Sydney Olympic Games. Olaf Böhme

In 2002 Olaf started his career in the event industry at the company AVTV, which was later acquired by Procon multimedia AG. While working here first as a technician and later as a project planner, he worked on a number of large productions such as the German casting show DSDS (2005 - 2013).
In 2012 Olaf started his own business and worked as freelance video project planner until 2014 on various major events in different segments including the IOC lottery Buenos Aires, the Skoda World Dealer Converence 2014 in Valencia and the Olympic Games in Sotchi 2014.
Since 2014, Olaf is now an established part of our PRG team as Head of Video Project Management & Technology and is responsible for the various video technology projects.
With more than 19 years of experience in our industry, Gibson Wu is a seasoned professional who has a unique blend of global experience and a deep understanding of local cultures.
Gibson began his journey with Procon in 2007, where he started as a Project Manager. Throughout his time at Procon, he demonstrated exceptional adaptability and a knack for cultivating diverse relationships, which enabled him to provide clients with a truly professional service that matched the realities of the Chinese business environment.
In 2013, Gibson Wu transitioned into a pivotal role as an Account Manager at PRG, where he continues to excel to this day. His time at PRG has been marked by a number of successful projects, including 2007 Special Olympic Opening Ceremony, 2008 Beijing Olympics, 2010 Shanghai Expo National Pavilion, 2016 Shanghai Disney Resort Opening Show and Various Auto Shows and Launch Events with Prestigious Brand.

In 2011, Ryu Ikemoto became part of the PRG team and took on a role in sales. His journey was marked by significant contributions to various projects, especially in the automotive and corporate sectors, including outstanding participation in events such as the Motor Show. Ryu played a key role as a sales representative for major projects such as the Tokyo 2020 project (Tokyo Olympic Games).
Since 2018, Ryu has managed PRG Japan's sales efforts in the position of Director of Sales. Prior to joining PRG, he worked as an event planner at an advertising agency and had an equally influential background. During this time, Ryu was entrusted with the responsibility of understanding and meeting the needs of clients, a role that contributed significantly to the expansion of PRG's business horizons.
Currently, Ryu works diligently with members of PRG Japan's sales team, leveraging his experience and expertise to strengthen the team's capabilities and ensure a stronger and more influential presence in the industry.
Hervé studied 3D in Paris. He worked for 5 years as a freelancer at UTRAM and also gained experience at Sony Music as head of marketing and sales applications.
Returning to UTRAM in 2010, he was appointed Laboratory Manager at UTRAM Labs. Thanks to his in-depth knowledge and understanding of the video technology market, he then became Technical Director at LENI. He has managed large-scale projects such as foreign affairs for France, African summits and the G7 in Biarritz.
His passion for video and his desire to push back the boundaries motivate him to create unique and modern visual experiences for his clients.
Heiko has been working on different aspects of video technology for over 10 years. During this time, he has dealt with projection, LED, servers and switching.
In 2017 he joined PRG as an asset manager video with a responsibility to manage the complete video equipment stock of central Europe and advise sales and production on choosing the right equipment.
Since 2023 Heiko has grown into the position of project manager video focusing on pre-production and technical sales support.
Pablo Terroba has over two decades of industry experience. His journey began at Elenco Audiovisual, where he served as the Technical Manager, specializing in Corporate and Musical Events. Approaching his remarkable milestone, Pablo will soon celebrate his 10th year at PRG MAD as the Video Asset Manager.
