Tim brings PRG 21 years of management, client service, operations and business development expertise. His Denver team of 40 permanent staff includes Account Executives, Project Managers, Event Planners, Production Teams, and Support Technicians. Tim oversees multi-year contracts, encompassing conference, exhibit, special event, and government project management.
Tim's extensive travel and executive experience enabled him to advise numerous meetings and conventions throughout the United States and Canada. He drives growth for the convention and trade show industry by combining organizational meeting management with new event entertainment products and services. Tim's strong business acumen and relationship management attract and maintain customers through his assembling a diverse meeting management technical staff dedicated to superior service and value. Prior to joining PRG, Tim served as Vice President of Operations and President during his 11 years with Denver based, Davis Audio Visual. His primary focus included overseeing sales and operations in the convention and trade show division with clients such as the Democratic National Convention, AFL CIO and Lifetime TV.
Born in Upstate New York, he was raised in Dallas and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas. A passionate outdoorsman, he now lives with his wife and two sons in Denver.
IT Operation Manager
Newell comes to PRG with nearly 20 years of experience in the IT field. Newell's clients include TRICARE (Military Health Systems), American Statistical Association, The Social Security Administration, FEMA, and the Society for Biomaterials.
Newell spends his free time with his wife and two children. As an Eagle Scout, he also still enjoys the outdoors.
Production Operations Manager
Jose has over 17 years audio visual experience working in all aspects of meeting services, including Project Leader for large general sessions. A few of his clients are The Democratic National Convention, American Farm Bureau, the National Association of Independent Schools, National Hispanic MBA's and various medical associations. Jose has coordinated events in South America, Canada, and overseen many projects in the United States.
Jose holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering and currently resides in Parker, Colorado. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children. He enjoys the game of soccer as a coach, player, and spectator, and is involved with his community.
Les has worked in the audio visual field for over 15 years. He began his career at Visual Aids Electronics in Kansas City where, in 1999 he was promoted to Operations Manager at the Boston Hyatt Harborside. Les later relocated to Las Vegas, continuing his work with groups and meetings, as well as freelancing with the local network affiliates.
He joined Davis Audio Visual in 2004 as an Account Executive. His clients include National Association of Counties, Society of Government Meeting Planners, and Materials Research Society.
Les graduated in 1998 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a degree in Communication Studies. He is married to Lara and they have two sons, Leland and Waylon. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, playing soccer and following Pro football.
Carter started his show business career in the project management department for Electronic Theatre Controls, designing and overseeing the installation of theatrical lighting systems. He then worked for Feld Entertainment in the “Red” unit of the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus as a Stage Electrician and Pyrotechnician. He returned to Colorado as a special event producer and coordinator, as well as a lighting and show designer.
Growing up in the Rocky Mountains, Carter has worked on a wide variety of projects throughout the region as a manager, technician, and designer. Some of his former clients included: Morgan Systems Inc., the Strings in the Mountains Music Festival, and the Emerald City Opera Company. He came to PRG through the Sales and Installation department and joined the Project Management team for events in 2010.
Carter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Arts, with a Design Emphasis, from the University of Northern Colorado. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, camping, skiing, snowboarding, and hiking. Carter is also an accomplished Ski Instructor and proud parent.
Jim Seguin came to PRG in January of 2011, working at the Chicago depot. He started in logistics and moved into the position of Asset Manager in 2012. At the end of 2014, he moved to the Denver area with his wife and son, joining the PRG Denver office as Operations Manager.
Jim graduated from Columbia College of Chicago with a Bachelor degree in Sound Engineering. From there he worked at Chicago Recording Company (CRC) in commercial Post Production, and in 2000 was promoted to lead engineer at CRC’s Los Angeles division studio (Patches Sound). Upon returning to Chicago in 2002, Jim kept busy as a freelance audio engineer – mixing hundreds of live shows per year (festivals, corporate events, and Chicago area clubs).
Senior Account Executive
Greg has worked in the meetings industry for nearly 30 years. He began his career in television and video production with the Navy Broadcast Service and also spent time at various network affiliates and independent production companies.
Greg served as Audio Visual Director at the AAA-Five Diamond Jefferson Hotel in Richmond before advancing to Convention Coordinator and finally Senior Convention Coordinator. In 2004, Greg joined Davis Audio Visual as Vice President of Sales. Customers that he works with include the American Farm Bureau Federation, the National Association of Independent Schools, and the Materials Research Society. Greg’s experience is a valuable asset in assisting clients to negotiate the confusing terrain associated with labor jurisdictions, equipment solutions, and budget management.
Greg is a 1988 honors graduate with a degree in Mass Communications / Public Relations from Virginia Commonwealth University. Greg has been honored as the Supplier of the Year by a major meeting service company and is a member of PCMA.
In addition to his time in Richmond, Virginia, Greg was stationed for over three years on an aircraft carrier and one year in Iceland. He has lived in Denver for six years and in his free time enjoys travel, hiking, snowmobiling in the mountains, and taking in sporting and cultural events.
