Business Hours

Open Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm., excluding holidays.

Pick-up and Delivery

One free pick up and delivery by PRG per day, in the Los Angeles area during normal working hours. Special arrangements are available upon request.

Rental Period

Minimum rental period is one day. Equipment must be returned by 10:00 am to avoid any extra day charges.


We require 24 hours notice of all cancellations.


All shipments made outside Los Angeles by air or surface at renters request will be shipped collect for freight charges. All rented equipment returned to PRG, must be shipped prepaid. Rental does not end until equipment is received by PRG.

Insurance Requirements

At all times during the rental term, until all equipment and trucks are returned to Paskal Lighting, Renter shall maintain the following insurance coverages, at their own expense. 

(1) Commercial General Liability Insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence combined single limit bodily injury and property damage, including coverage
      for personal injury, operations, completed operations, and contractual liability. Coverage shall be included on a world-wide basis if event is outside the United States and its

(2) Property Insurance on an “All-risks” basis, including coverage for Flood, Earthquake, and Terrorism, with minimum limits equal to the full replacement value of the
      Equipment without deduction for depreciation. Paskal Lighting shall be included as a loss payee and Additional insured. Coverage shall be included for inland transit. If
      Equipment is leaving the continental United States, Ocean Cargo Insurance shall also be provided.

(3) Workers Compensation: statutory amounts.

(4) If Paskal Trucks are rented – Business Auto Liability Insurance, including all owned, leased, hired, loaned, or borrowed vehicles, with limits not less than $1,000,000 per
     accident combined single limit, AND Auto Physical Damage Insurance (collision and comprehensive coverage) on the vehicle with a deductible not to exceed $1,000.
     RENTER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT IS SPECIFICALLY intended that renter shall provide primary liability and physical damage insurance for the benefit of Paskal
     during the term of the rental. RENTER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT HAS ADVISED ITS INSURANCE AGENT OR BROKER. Paskal Lighting shall be named as an
     Additional Insured on a primary and non contributory basis under the general liability and auto liability policies, and as a loss payee on the auto physical damage coverage.
     Insurance certificates evidencing such coverages must be received by Paskal Lighting prior to any equipment, trucks or services being released. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Damaged Equipment

All equipment is rented in good condition and is to be returned In the same condition. Any repair work necessary shall be paid by renter. If unit is damaged beyond repair renter shall pay full replacement price.


All units are furnished with globes unless otherwise specified. Units rented with globes are furnished with spare globes, quantity at our discretion at no additional cost.
