Light Emitting Diodes - a type of very small light source that emits bright light in various colors. LEDs are used in conventional and automated lighting fixtures as well as in modules, or tiles to make up a video wall. The lower the pixel pitch measurement (space between the LEDs) provides a higher resolution image. See also 'LED Wall'.
