Jan Van Malder, General Manager Belgium, is in charge of the sales and production management of the following segments: Music Concerts; Musicals & Arts; Television.

He is also responsible for the daily management of our location in Tildonk.

Jan Van Malder is the founder of the former EML Productions, the leader in rental of audiovisual solutions. EML joined the PRG Group in early 2011. His passion and experience have been devoted to lighting and sound technology since the beginning of the eighties.

Johannes Wahl is Director Music, Sport & Special Events for PRG Germany. Having successfully completed his studies in the event technology and media sphere, Johannes has had various positions in the event industry. In 2007 he joined Procon as a Project Manager, making his way to senior positions in many major projects such as the Olympic Games. His current role was assigned to him in 2019. As Director Music & Theatre, Johannes Wahl assumes overall responsibility for the strategic direction of the entire divisions of Concert Touring and Sport, Special Events.

In 2011, Ryu Ikemoto became part of the PRG team and took on a role in sales. His journey was marked by significant contributions to various projects, especially in the automotive and corporate sectors, including outstanding participation in events such as the Motor Show. Ryu played a key role as a sales representative for major projects such as the Tokyo 2020 project (Tokyo Olympic Games).

Since 2018, Ryu has managed PRG Japan's sales efforts in the position of Director of Sales. Prior to joining PRG, he worked as an event planner at an advertising agency and had an equally influential background. During this time, Ryu was entrusted with the responsibility of understanding and meeting the needs of clients, a role that contributed significantly to the expansion of PRG's business horizons.

Currently, Ryu works diligently with members of PRG Japan's sales team, leveraging his experience and expertise to strengthen the team's capabilities and ensure a stronger and more influential presence in the industry.

Fiona Mercer, a seasoned professional in the technical production and events industry, embarked on her journey with PRG in 2022 with a rich background in various roles within the field.  Fiona assumed the role of Commercial Director, where she passionately focuses on driving growth. Her expertise lies in developing new business and leading bid teams, ensuring PRGs offerings align seamlessly with client needs.  Fiona’s commitment extends beyond transactions; she thrives on nurturing enduring client relationships, adeptly managing stakeholders, and actively engaging in industry networking.  Her dynamic approach and strategic mindset make her an invaluable asset to PRG Australia’s team.

With more than 19 years of experience in our industry, Gibson Wu is a seasoned professional who has a unique blend of global experience and a deep understanding of local cultures. 

Gibson began his journey with Procon in 2007, where he started as a Project Manager. Throughout his time at Procon, he demonstrated exceptional adaptability and a knack for cultivating diverse relationships, which enabled him to provide clients with a truly professional service that matched the realities of the Chinese business environment.

In 2013, Gibson Wu transitioned into a pivotal role as an Account Manager at PRG, where he continues to excel to this day. His time at PRG has been marked by a number of successful projects, including 2007 Special Olympic Opening Ceremony, 2008 Beijing Olympics, 2010 Shanghai Expo National Pavilion, 2016 Shanghai Disney Resort Opening Show and Various Auto Shows and Launch Events with Prestigious Brand.

In his role of Sales & Account Director, Laurent Boillot is in charge of sales leads and clients for PRG France.

Prior to joining PRG France, Laurent was technician, operator and crew chief for SPL from 1989 till 2001. Laurent joined PRG France in 2001, first as Project Manager and then stepped up to Technical Director for Paris.

Laurent has operated on a wide range of events in France and abroad, including the Centenary of Nigerian Independence, the inauguration of the Djeddah Stadium, the opening ceremony FIFA Club World Cup Rabat and the Photography Awards in Dubai.
He has participated at the Athens Paralympics, the London Olympics, Asian Games in Doha, the Panafrican Games in Algeria, Nigeria and the revolution's anniversary of Lybia in 2009. You will find Laurent on universal exhibitions, light festivals, shows, concerts and tours, operas and lots of events at the Stade de France, like Turandot, Excalibur, Nuits Celtiques, Aida, Bigard, Unighted, Ben Hur in France as well as Australia.

Laurent is the preferred contact person for numerous french event agencies like Auditoire, Hopscotch, Eca2, Skertzo be it for corporate or public events.

Xavier Theys 

Xavier Theys is General Manager of PRG Spain and started his career as a sound engineer at EML back in 1989. Following over a decade of touring globally for concerts, he co-founded EML in Spain in 1998 in partnership with VLPS. Over time, his team has expanded, propelling PRG Spain to a position of prominence within the Iberian Peninsula, establishing it as a benchmark in the industry.

Osvaldo López-Ferro 

Osvaldo López-Ferro has more than 20 years of experience in sales, working for the main companies in the industry in Spain. He is specialized in sales management, business development, brand positioning and design of demand generation strategies. He has extensive experience generating new business opportunities, designing short and long term commercial plans in the corporate events, concerts, festivals, shows and musicals sectors, among other market niches.
