Corporate Key Account Manager M/F

Successful candidate will utilize their proven track record in corporate event key account management, qualify and collaborate with sales and operations on specifically named Key Accounts. Growing existing networks within the clients organization and becoming a trusted advisor enabling significant growth of the business through both cross and up-selling activities. Geographical coverage will be Belgium/France/Netherlands. Minimum criteria is that the representative will grow their account(s) by a minimum of 10% per annum.  

YOUR FUNCTION

  • Take ownership of the clients day to day activities conducting periodic reviews and delivering a road map with each of the nominated account(s)
  • Be the single point of entry into the client organization
  • Facilitate and coordinate internal resources (ops, sales, other where appropriate) to ensure positive outcomes in growing the business
  • Build deeper insight and relationships within the customers business
  • Own all existing and new contracts and ensuring timely and effective responses to RFI/RFP’s
  • Work closely with each region; use available resources from the group to transfer and share all knowledge about client business being the advocate for their clients organization
  • Liaise with Finance to carry out account checks and discuss payment terms

 
YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum of five years of strategic sales and/or event organization sales experience
  • Strong networker with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relations
  • Track record of creating and enabling revenue streams
  • Solid knowledge of domestic and international event agencies
  • Excellent presentation skills, as well as strong in verbal and written communication
  • Ability to effectively network and influence prospects from senior to executive level.Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills, as well as ability to work well with various cultures
  • High degree of integrity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel and Teams
  • Excellent communication skills: fluent in Dutch and French and good working knowledge in English

Head of Department – Sound

PRG Belgium is looking for a Head of Department - Sound to lead a team of technicians in the preparation and servicing of equipment within the department, to the Company’s standards and within the deadlines set.  

YOUR FUNCTION

  • You lead a team of technicians in the preparation and servicing of equipment within the deadlines set.
  • Supervise the team in the prepping and testing of equipment in line with the Company’s standards and procedures.
  • Assess workloads and staffing levels within the department to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure the department is manned appropriately at all times.
  • Plan the maintenance and repair of audio equipment, ensuring all stock is regularly serviced/repaired and available for rental.
  • Responsibility for the management and storage of Company assets assigned to the department while in the location.
  • Co-ordinate and fulfil order requirements on WinHits database in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure that damaged or faulty equipment is logged in the WinHits database and that this is communicated to the Warehouse Manager and Asset Team.
  • Assist in checking sub hired equipment upon receipt of and prior to return, ensuring items are complete and in the same condition as received from supplier.
  • Work closely as a team with other Heads of Departments to discuss and resolve collective issues.
  • Ensure equipment is appropriately identified and PRG bar codes are present.
  • Ensure any health and safety issues are reported to the Warehouse Manager
  • Train other team members in the preparation of equipment in line with the Company’s established standards.
  • To ensure LEAN process is adhered to at all times including undertaking weekly audits.
  • Highlight issues to the Asset Manager relating to shortages of equipment / consumables for forthcoming jobs.
  • Actively participate in weekly head of department meetings and report any relevant information back accurately to the team.
  • Be responsive and accommodating to internal and external enquiries or issues.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • An excellent working knowledge of audio equipment.
  • Previous experience of supervising a team within a warehouse environment.
  • Good understanding of the industry.
  • Good understanding of electrical theory.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills and good in working with deadlines.
  • Good understanding of LEAN process would be an advantage.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English, in combination with Dutch and French.
  • Able to manage resources during very busy periods, implementing contingencies to meet changing business needs.
  • A good understanding of stock control systems and competent in the use of Word, Excel and other basic Microsoft products.
  • Looks for improvement continuously.
  • Conscientious with a good eye for detail.
  • A good understanding of electrical safety at work and safe working practices.
  • Experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve results.
  • Able to give clear guidance on what needs to be achieved.

Light Technician

Your Function

  • You are partly responsible for the fulfillment of national and international projects.
  • You are responsible for the installation and dismantling of light installations, operating light consoles, working with different moving light heads, ...
  • During the job you usually stay on location for the operation of the installation and you respond to the needs and questions of the customer / client.
  • Maintenance of the light park in cooperation with the warehouse manager.

Your Profile

  • You have a broad technical background and a first experience in the AV branch in relation to light installations.
  • You have interest / knowledge of the latest light technologies and are up to date with the latest standards in light fixtures, moving heads, light consoles, ....
  • You can easily express yourself in Dutch / French / English and computers have little secrets for you in Soft- and hardware.
  • You have good social skills and can adapt to different environments and types of clients.
  • You are enthusiastic, stress-resistant and flexible in work attitude (about last-minute changes and temporary projects abroad). You can work independently as well as in a team.

Video Technician

Your Function

Planner – Technical Crew

YOUR FUNCTION:

  • You create orders in our central database, make order forms and check invoices.
  • You keep the database up-to-date and ensure that all necessary certificates, visas and insurances are valid.
  • You contact technicians, check their availability and schedule them in our planning according to production needs and their technical competencies.
  • You manage / coordinate the calendars and work lists of our in-house technicians.
  • You book hotels and transportation for the technicians when travelling abroad.
  • You prepare Info sheets for the technical crew; ensuring that technicians receive all necessary info in a timely manner on the location, working hours and tasks at the production-site.
  • Execute ad hoc tasks ad hand.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have a bachelor degree or equivalent through experience.
  • You have affinity with the events industry.
  • You have good communication skills (oral and in writing).
  • You are a talent in organizing and planning.
  • You are stress resistant and have a flexible attitude.
  • You have strong administrative skills (working accurately and having an eye for detail).
  • You are computer literate; good knowledge of Excel is a must.
  • You are Dutch and/or French speaking (with a good knowledge of the other language), in addition you are fluent in English (company language).

Sales and Account Manager (Focus on Corporate Market)

YOUR FUNCTION:

  • Coordinate and negotiate pricing and specifications for a range of corporate projects.
  • Liaise with Finance to carry out account checks and discuss payment terms.
  • Calculate and present client quotations in line with the company’s pricing policy.
  • Provide clients with advice and project management info; technical and equipment specifications, crew schedules, transportation requirements, ... with he support of our Production Team.
  • Develop relationships with current and new customers.
  • Represent PRG in credential pitches, client meetings and at industry events.
  • Identify potential projects & opportunities. Prospecting for new leads to increase the sales funnel.
  • Manage project changes and customer confirmations, respecting the company’s customer credit control policy.
  • Keep up to date with PRG’s policies, new products and services.
  • Attend internal meetings when required.
  • Prepare job forecasts and financial summaries.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Experience within the Events Industry (preferred experience in lighting, video and sound).
  • Previous experience within a client-facing customer focused environment: commercial function within the B2B corporate market.     
  • Strong networker with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independent and develop on your own initiative.

Project Manager (m/f) (focus on AV-Event Industry)

YOUR FUNCTION:

  • Technical management of all audiovisual materials (light, sound, video, rigging) of projects in Belgium and abroad..
  • Be the SPOC for account managers and clients for technical input.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure the right resources.
  • Have an overview of all running projects and make sure that timelines are met with respect to equipment lists, crew and transportation arrangements.
  • Carry out debriefings and filter recommendations for the future. Detect best practices and make sure they are used by all team members.
  • Briefing crew and coordinate the project onsite.
  • Act as member of the onsite team whenever required.
  • Take corrective measures in order to safeguard the budgeted margins of projects.
  • Ensure safe and clean environment onsite for all team members.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Excellent technical working knowledge of audiovisual equipment, preferably with a specialization in light, sound or video.
  • Excellent knowledge of our industry.
  • Competent in translating data from plan to execution.
  • Previous experience within a similar technical and coordinating role.

Finance & Assets Analyst (EMEA)

Role Purpose

To provide analysis and reporting information of finance & business reporting and to identify opportunities to improve utilisation and profitability. Elements of process management and improvement will also be included alongside management of ongoing group initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed monthly reporting packages to EMEA Management on trends.
  • Provide feedback on trends in order to identify purchasing strategies across the region.
  • Research and identify best location of assets based on revenues and performance data gained from the inventory management systems.
  • Assist in the implementation of systems currently not installed across the region.
  • Provide feedback and participate in the ongoing development of the systems.
  • Develop and instigate process systems to standardise workflows throughout the Account, Project, Asset and Finance teams across the region.
  • Provide job reporting for review and where possible research corrective action to improve cost savings and margins for the future.
  • Work with other group asset teams to standardise assets where possible.
  • Management of conference calls for the asset/finance groups, ensuring feedback and action tasks are identified and recorded as assigned.
  • Assist in identifying equipment for disposal / sale alongside local operations teams.
  • Assist in running annual physical inventory count.
  • Assist in the compiling and reporting of annual capex budgets.
  • Assist in identifying stock cycle counts with operational heads from data in reporting packages.
  • Inform teams of new equipment additions across the region.
  • To ensure that cost effective solutions are maintained at all times. 

The ideal candidate will have excellent language skills, particularly in English as you will be interacting with all of our locations across EMEA.
