Returning to London's Hyde Park for another summer of world-class live music, American Express Presents BST Hyde Park 2026 welcomed an international line-up of artists across three weekends, each bringing its own creative vision, production requirements and touring workflow.

Behind the scenes, Production Director Mark Ward, Stage Manager Mike Grove, Proper Productions, LS Events and AEG Presents once again oversaw delivery of one of the UK's most established outdoor concert series. Supporting that production, PRG delivered lighting and video across the festival site, supplying the Great Oak Stage and Rainbow Stage, alongside lighting for the Birdcage Stage. 2026 marked a significant milestone for PRG, delivering the complete video package for the Great Oak Stage for the first time and bringing lighting, video and rigging together under one coordinated delivery team.

The Demon Barber of Fleet Street has arrived in Birmingham.

The 12-time Tony Award-winning musical masterpiece Sweeney Todd has been reimagined at Birmingham Rep, bringing Stephen Sondheim’s chilling story back to the stage with a star-studded cast. Led by musical theatre legend Ramin Karimloo in the title role, the production also features Meow Meow as Mrs. Lovett and three-time Olivier Award winner David Bedella as Judge Turpin.

PRG supported Vasco Live 2026 with a custom-built moving triangular stage element that combined automation, LED technology and lighting into one dynamic visual feature.

Using 574 ROE Vanish V4ST LED tiles, the production delivered powerful, high-impact visuals across Italy’s largest stadiums. PRG is proud to have contributed its engineering, automation and video expertise to one of Italy’s biggest rock shows.

PRG was proud to provide lighting support for Les Misérables: The Arena Spectacular as the production arrived at the Royal Albert Hall.

Following preparations at our warehouse, it was fantastic to see the show take to the stage at one of London’s most iconic venues. The production’s lighting design worked seamlessly with the Hall’s in house rig, helping to deliver a striking visual experience for audiences across six performances.

After its London run, the tour continues its global journey to Radio City Music Hall in New York.

In the decade leading up to Super Furry Animals’ (SFA) return to the stage, a wave of ‘90s reunions swept through the live music landscape, earning widespread critical acclaim. Yet, aside from active projects from the SFA orbit like Gruff Rhys’ solo work, Das Koolies and Neon Neon – the band remained entirely absent from the touring circuit. True to their reputation for defying convention, this reunion is far from a nostalgia exercise, as TPi discovers at O2 Apollo Manchester.

For this year’s Tag Heuer boat experience, PRG delivered a custom INFINIFORM solution, combining scenic elements, LED and lighting into one seamless environment.

• David Guetta and the Monolith have travelled the globe together for years, shaping a signature show experience that has captivated audiences on some of the world’s most iconic stages. From major festivals to landmark venues, the production has consistently pushed creative and technical boundaries, combining striking visuals, powerful storytelling, and world-class performance. 
• In June 2026, that journey reached a new milestone with The Ultimate Monolith Show at Stade de France. Across three consecutive sold-out nights, more than 200,000 fans gathered to experience one of the most ambitious electronic music productions ever staged at Stade de France. The shows brought together an extraordinary line-up of global talent, with Black Coffee and Fisher setting the tone as opening acts, and special appearances from J.Lo, Akon, Bebe Rexha, and Black Eyed Peas, creating unforgettable moments throughout each evening. 
• At the heart of the production stood the Monolith: a defining visual centrepiece that continues to evolve with every iteration. For Stade de France, PRG was proud to engineer and deliver this impressive structure, a 32 by 13.5 metre LED screen constructed from 1,728 INFiLED AR P3.9 panels. The scale and resolution of the screen ensured a powerful visual impact, maintaining clarity and intensity across the vast stadium environment. 
• Complementing the Monolith, a 60 m TitanX screen was divided into two sections, each measuring approximately 30 x 15.6 metres. This enhanced sightlines and helped create a cohesive visual experience for audiences throughout the stadium. Together, these elements formed a dynamic, immersive canvas that supported the energy and pace of the performances. 
  

Last week, PRG's Longbridge facility welcomed three iconic productions under one roof: Moulin Rouge! World Tour, Les Misérables: The Arena Spectacular and Jersey Boys.

Moulin Rouge! and Les Misérables: The Arena Spectacular joined us mid-tour for reprep, while Jersey Boys is currently preparing to embark on its 20th Anniversary UK tour. Bringing these productions together at Longbridge highlights the breadth of support we provide to touring productions at every stage of their journey.

It is a privilege to continue working alongside productions and teams we have supported over many years, helping them prepare for successful performances on stages across the UK and beyond.

We wish the cast, crew and creative teams of all three productions every success as they continue their tours.

PRG France delivered rigging, lighting and video for these stadium shows, featuring a 43.2 x 14.4 m TitanX LED screen and more than 1,000 lighting fixtures.

Stephen Sanchez’s latest tour blended nostalgic visual storytelling with immersive audience lighting, creating a live experience that balanced intimacy and scale across every performance.

Supporting the production throughout the run, PRG supplied a lighting package designed to complement the artist’s warm retro aesthetic while maintaining the flexibility required for a modern touring production.

Sanchez's sound draws from the smooth swing of the 1950s and the energy of classic rock and roll, with artists including Elvis Presley, Roy Orbison and Frank Sinatra cited as formative influences.

That identity carries through to the live show — from his stage presence to the warm, saturated colour palette that defines the production. The creative direction is clear from the outset, and every element on stage is built to feel connected to the music.

With decades of material and experience to draw from, Deftones returned to the touring circuit to support the release of their 10th studio album, Private Music. The tour has seen the band visit bigger venues, with an innovative production and technical finesse courtesy of creative and technical suppliers.

Production Manager Tyrone Brunton welcomed TPi to Birmingham’s bp pulse LIVE, and following a recce of the venue, he shared an insight into the tour’s origins. “This process has evolved over a couple of years to get to where we are now, at arena level, and through the introduction of Matt Pitman, the further Pixelmappers team, and the wonderful vision from Chino and Velvet Hammer’s Mark Wakefield, the show has been elevated to the next level.”

Brunton described the crew working alongside him as “exceptional”. He elaborated: “A special thanks goes to our Stage Manager, Sean Brady. I never leave home on a tour without Sean – he goes above and beyond every day,” Brunton said. “A special mention also goes to Randall and Erik from PRG – those guys were a huge part of getting the tour across the line"

From large-scale gatherings to complex multi-site production setups, our PRG Alliance partner Easy Group supported the visit of Pope Léon XIV in Cameroon.

We’re proud to support the East Anglian Touring Consortium’s brand new production, Caroline: A New Musical, which opened on the 17th April at the New Wolsey Theatre.

The show will continue its journey across the region, visiting Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch, New Theatre Peterborough, Mercury Theatre Colchester and Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds, celebrating East Anglia’s connection to the pirate radio story that changed British music culture forever. Inspired by the true story of Radio Caroline, the production follows a young woman swept into the world of offshore broadcasting, where pop, soul and rock ’n’ roll meet a movement that reshaped a generation.

Lighting Designer, Callum Macdonald created a dynamic design that captures the energy and spirit of the piece, playing a key role in bringing the visual story to life on stage. PRG was pleased to support Callum and the wider production team by providing the lighting rig for the tour.

The Olivier Awards 2026 lit up the Royal Albert Hall on Sunday 12th April, celebrating the very best of British theatre.

Bringing together industry icons and rising talent, the night reflected a year of bold, ambitious work on stage. With The Great Gatsby among the most recognised productions, this year’s nominations showcased the scale, creativity and diversity defining contemporary theatre.

From standout live performances to unforgettable award moments, the night captured the full spectrum of the artform. A powerful highlight was the In Memoriam tribute to Jon Cadbury — a true legend of the industry, whose impact on live events and theatre continues to be felt.

PRG was proud to support the event, supplying lighting equipment and working closely with lighting designer Gemma O’Sullivan whose creative vision helped make the evening the spectacular celebration of theatre that it was.

Wu-Tang Clan brought The Final Chamber European tour to arenas across the continent this year, with lighting, video and rigging supplied by PRG from its Longbridge base in Birmingham. Billed as the group's final European run, the tour carries the weight of more than three decades of influence — a body of work built by RZA, GZA, Method Man, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck, U-God and Masta Killa that reshaped hip hop's sonic and cultural landscape.

Against that backdrop, Tour Director Jen Bui, lighting designer Ben Walton and Principal designer Jack Cannon faced a significant challenge: honouring a legacy of that scale while delivering a show that could hold its own in the largest arenas in Europe.

The Final Chamber was conceived as both a retrospective and a statement of intent. Blending an iconic musical catalogue with a bold, contemporary stage environment, the show delivered the scale and intensity expected of one of hip hop's most influential collectives.

With PRG delivering integrated lighting and video, the production combined striking visual architecture with cutting-edge LED technology, ensuring The Final Chamber translated effectively across a wide range of European arena venues.

• From the U.S. to Europe, PRG teams are working together to deliver a consistent show across both legs of the tour, with regional gear packages tailored locally while preserving the original design by EighteenTwentySix.
• PRG also supported Giveon’s return to Coachella on Saturday with lighting, complementing a refined performance that leaned into atmosphere and control.
• With crews in North America and Germany collaborating behind the scenes, the production stays efficient, flexible, and ready for every stop on the schedule.

• PRG Australia provided a full technical package including video, lighting, cameras and crew, delivering a seamless experience built for both live and broadcast audiences.
• The stage supported the driver interviews and live performances by Rita Ora, Duke Dumont and Basement Jaxx.

Kimberly Belflower's John Proctor is the Villain is now playing at the Royal Court Theatre. Set in a contemporary American high school, the play is a fresh take on seven-time Tony Award-nominated Arthur Miller's The Crucible.

PRG supplied lighting and video for the production, supporting lighting designer Natasha Katz, whose reputation speaks for itself. Her design brings real clarity and intention to the production.

A key element of the video package is the ROE BM4 LED floor, creating depth and atmosphere while giving the creative team the control to transform the onstage environment dynamically throughout.

PRG was proud to support this year’s BRIT Awards, delivering lighting across the main stage and red carpet, alongside artist extras for a number of standout performances.

With unforgettable sets from Harry Styles, Alex Warren and Raye, the evening once again showcased the very best of British and international music. It was a privilege to help bring the creative vision for each performance to life, supporting the artists, production teams and organisers behind such an iconic event.

Held at Co op Live in Manchester, this marked the third venue in which we have supported the BRITs, reflecting a valued and long standing partnership. Our thanks to BRITs for their continued trust and collaboration.

ILMC 38 once again brought the global live music community together for several days of thoughtful discussion and debate. From keynote conversations to panels featuring leading voices from across the sector, ILMC continues to provide a valuable forum for sharing insight and shaping the year ahead.

Production Futures On Tour delivered once again. With over 4,000 sign ups, a packed room and brilliant energy throughout the day, there was no shortage of honest conversations about how to get started in our industry and the opportunities available.

The TPi Awards celebrated its 25th anniversary with a production that reflected the scale and stature of one of the live events industry’s most anticipated evenings. Bringing together nearly 2000 professionals from across touring, production and technical disciplines, the milestone edition demanded a visual delivery worthy of the occasion.

PRG was proud to support the event as Video Supplier, delivering a complete video, control and camera solution designed to elevate both the stage and the wider guest experience.

For Quiz With Balls, a single central studio became the beating heart of an international production. Over the course of one month, multiple language versions of the format were recorded here, each following a tightly scheduled rehearsal and recording plan. This approach required a technical infrastructure that was not only powerful, but above all consistent, scalable and efficient.

Commissioned by Talpa Studios, the production was technically delivered in close collaboration with Sightline, Light H-Art led by lighting designer Frank Vandijk, and NEP. PRG provided the technical realisation, covering rigging, lighting, audio, INFINIFORM™ scenic elements and power distribution. By consolidating these disciplines under one partner, a stable and controlled production environment was created, capable of supporting an intensive recording period.

Frank Vandijk’s lighting design formed the visual foundation of the show. Quiz With Balls revolves around tension, energy and timing, and this needed to be felt in every cue. To support this dynamic, an extensive lighting setup was deployed, including Ayrton Veloce and Rivale fixtures, Robe Robin Wash LedBeam 150, GLP Impression X5, Chauvet Epix Strip IP and CLF Hera LED Pars. All systems were driven through a Luminex network, ensuring stable and precise data distribution throughout the entire production period.

Young Voices is one of the largest and most technically complex education based touring productions in the world. Now in its 30th year, the family run organisation brings together around 250,000 children annually from approximately 4,500 schools, performing across major UK arenas including BP Pulse Live, The O2, Wembley Arena and Co-op Live.

While the scale is comparable to major touring artists, the priorities of the show are entirely different. The production must deliver arena level impact while remaining flexible, fast to install and sensitive to the fact that thousands of first-time performers are at the centre of the experience.

Trustee, Clare Edwards commented “At its heart, Young Voices is about giving children opportunities they would not normally have. Many of them have never been inside an arena before, let alone performed in one. Performing contemporary music at this scale helps remove barriers to participation and shows young people where a love of music can lead.”

This year’s tour also introduces guest headline acts in each city, all of whom previously performed in the Young Voices choir as children. Beyond the symbolic significance, the inclusion of headline artists adds an additional production layer, requiring the technical system to support both large scale choir illumination and more conventional band and artist performance lighting within the same show.

• Bad Bunny made history as the first solo headliner to perform entirely in Spanish, staging the performance as a love letter to his home, Puerto Rico.
• For PRG, the show marked its 20th consecutive year supporting the halftime show.
• The lighting rig was designed to read clearly for both the in-stadium audience and broadcast cameras, where daylight significantly reduced perceived brightness.
• Lighting fixtures included Vari-Lite VL3600 LT, PRG Long Throw™ and GroundControl® fixtures. 

• Across this fast-paced international series, we provided video screen solutions with technical crews on site at every stop.
• It was a demanding environment that required experience, consistency and flawless execution, and it showcased the strength of the PRG network, with teams working seamlessly across regions.

The 18th of January marked the grand final of the Africa Cup of Nations, with Senegal lifting the trophy — a fitting moment to look back at the spectacular, sold-out AFCON 2025 Opening Ceremony in Rabat, where this very trophy already took center stage.

The new year saw familiar faces return to The Bridge, PRG’s rehearsal studio, as Young Voices continued preparations for the YV26 tour.

Rehearsals focused on bringing the band and guest artists together ahead of the opening show at Birmingham’s BP Pulse Arena on 7 January. The sessions provided valuable time to run the show, fine tune arrangements, and ensure everything was aligned before the tour moved into arenas.

Andy Grey and the wider production team worked alongside the performers as the project continued to take shape. Now marking 30 years, Young Voices remains one of the UK’s largest and most recognisable live music experiences for primary school children.

As the festive season gets underway, theatres across the UK are preparing for one of the busiest moments of the year. PRG is supporting companies nationwide with the lighting infrastructure and technical guidance required to bring an ambitious and wide-ranging programme of productions to the stage.

Our theatre team, led by Director of Theatre Peter Marshall, with Account Managers Ian Phillips and Jason Hodgetts, has been the first point of call for the talented production teams across this year’s season. Their collaboration has ensured each show receives the focused technical support it requires. Project Planner, Connor Goodwin played a key role throughout, overseeing the preparation of all equipment and working closely with our logistics team to ensure that everything arrived on time and ready for the demands of each production.

A defining feature of this year’s work has been the exceptional demand for the PRG Icon Stage fixture. Its efficiency, flexibility and creative potential have made it a strong choice for many lighting designers. To meet this demand sustainably, additional units have been brought in from PRG’s EU network, allowing existing equipment to be utilised more effectively across our global inventory.

By redistributing stock rather than manufacturing new units, PRG continues to prioritise responsible, resource-efficient solutions for our clients and partners.

Celebrating McFly’s 21st anniversary and Busted’s recent chart-topping album, Greatest Hits 2.0, the warring Noughties’ bands took their Busted vs McFly tour of UK and Ireland on the road for 35 dates this year.

PRG UK supplied a full production package of lighting, video, automation and rigging along with four lighting and eight video crew.

The tour’s design brief centred around an ‘enormous monolithic structure’ with a kinetic ceiling of lighting pods, a 16m x 8m LED back wall, two 5m x 7m IMAG screens and a 4-sided 13m x 2m automated banner screen that drops into stage level to aid the transition between sets. The result was a dynamic space, with the forestage set in a diamond orientation, that enabled lighting designer, Sam Parry, and video programmer/operator, Thomas Hunter, to create two distinct styles for the bands within a cohesive whole.

Danish rock band Volbeat took their unmistakable sound back into arenas on The Greatest Of All Tours Worldwide, celebrating their ninth studio album, God Of Angels Trust. Known for blending heavy metal, rockabilly and punk rock influences, the band has more than 150 platinum and gold certifications around the globe and returned to the stage with one of their most extensive tours to date; all supported by an advanced video system designed to capture the energy and emotion of every performance.

• PRG Australia provided lighting support across the APAC leg, supporting a large-scale, multi-city tour run.
• The lighting package helped bring Moment Factory’s immersive 360° stage design to life for ONCEs throughout the region.

Australian alternative psychedelic rock band Ocean Alley called upon PRG to deliver a lighting and video package for their performance at London’s Alexandra Palace, marking the biggest headline show of their career. With 10,000 fans filling the historic venue, the production team faced the challenge of translating the band’s signature sound into a space of such scale while maintaining intimacy and impact.

Following a spectacular performance at Radio City Music Hall, Penn & Teller brought their "50 Years of Magic" show to the iconic London Palladium, marking their West End debut. Across 11 performances, audiences experienced their signature mix of inventive illusions, sharp humour, and theatrical flair.

Production Designer, Andy Walmsey entrusted PRG and Director of Theatre Peter Marshall to provide trussing, rigging, and Pixel Line ACME LED battens, with Rigging Project Manager Sam Saunders overseeing the rigging to ensure every technical element ran seamlessly. With this kit, Walmsley and his team brought the dynamic set to life, perfectly supporting the duo’s magical performance.

As Penn & Teller return to the U.S. to continue their celebration, we’re proud to have contributed to this milestone. Here’s to the magic happening both onstage and behind the scenes.

• PRG Argentina, together with Estudio 69, supported the production with an impressive 340 Claypaky fixtures that helped transform Estadio Ueno Defensores del Chaco into a world-class stage.
• More than 4,200 young athletes from 41 countries competed across 28 sports, with gold medalists earning direct qualification to the Pan American Games in Lima 2027.

The multi award-winning new musical, The Great Gatsby, which opened at New York’s Broadway Theatre in April 2024, successfully transferred to London’s West End at the London Coliseum in April 2025 for a limited summer run that lasts until September.

Produced by acclaimed Korean musical producer, Chunsoo Shin and directed by Marc Bruni, The Great Gatsby is set in – and helped to define - the American Jazz Age of the 1920s, with millionaire Jay Gatsby’s world one of lavish opulence, glitzy parties and extravagant excess. 

The new musical features music by Jason Howland, choreography by Dominique Kelley, book by Kait Kerrigan and lyrics by Nathan Tysen. The scenic and projection design and lighting are masterfully handled by the decade-long collaborative partnership of Paul Tate dePoo III and lighting designer, Cory Pattak.

Rockstar Energy presents: Creamfields once again set the standard as the UK’s leading electronic music festival and a highlight of the summer calendar.

We were proud to continue our support of this world-class event, delivering lighting, video, and rigging across the Arc, Apex, and Steelyard stages. For 2025, the Apex stage was given a refreshed design, with an expanded lighting package that transformed the indoor arena into an even more immersive space for festival-goers.

Our work extended beyond the main stages to support a range of artist-specific productions. Highlights included Chase & Status, Swedish House Mafia, Hardwell, Martin Garrix & Anyma, and David Guetta. Notably, David Guetta’s striking LED Monolith was built and delivered to festivals across Europe by PRG Projects and PRG France.

This large-scale achievement was made possible thanks to close collaboration with our partners. A special thanks goes to Ian from LarMac – Producers of Live Entertainment, as well as the talented teams at Creamfields and Far and Beyond, whose expertise was invaluable in delivering such a seamless and spectacular festival.

• At the heart of the festival, Drake headlined all three nights, curating a trilogy of distinct performances, each featuring its own lineup of surprise guests.
• To support the scale and ambition of the 2025 edition, a new front-of-stage structure was introduced, enabling expanded lighting and flown automation capabilities.
• PRG UK and PRG North America came together to deliver custom band extras for Drake, featuring Moveket automation.
• PRG also supplied the main stage house lighting and rigging, helping bring to life one of Wireless’ most technically ambitious years to date.

It was another unforgettable weekend at Download Festival, and PRG was proud to be at the heart of the action, delivering a full-scale technical production package for one of the world’s most iconic rock events.

Under the careful guidance of FAB's Andy Gray, PRG supplied the Apex Stage and the festival’s legendary towers with comprehensive lighting, video, and rigging solutions. Our team also provided additional support for special performances from Korn and video for the Opus Stage, delivering the kind of visual and technical excellence fans have come to expect from Download.

With headline sets from Green Day, Sleep Token, and Korn across the three day event, the 2025 edition of Download was packed with electrifying performances, unforgettable visuals, and non-stop energy. PRG’s contribution played a key role in bringing these moments to life, enhancing the experience for thousands of festival goers.

Formula 1 celebrated its highly anticipated 75th anniversary with a stunning launch event, F1 75 Live, at The O2 Arena in London.

PRG provided a lighting and automation package for both the main event and red carpet, showcasing the incredible DX7 design and our Moveket’s kinetic automation system to raise the 360-degree central screen, revealing the brand new liveries (and Lewis in Red!!!).

DX7 Design

MDLBEAST SOUNDSTORM returned for another dramatic year in the Saudi desert with PRG supplying a record-breaking video package for the event totalling over 4800m² of LED panels. The project was a huge collaboration of PRG’s global offices, including the UK, Germany, Belgium, UAE and North America, working together with MDLBEAST and designers Heather Shaw and Vitae Motus.

The full package included INFILED TITAN X on the main wings and canopy along with INFILED ATLAS X panels for the upstage risers. The total continuous screen stood an impressive 34.6m high by 165m wide, creating a stunning backdrop for acts throughout the weekend, including Eminem and Linkin Park.

To construct such a screen on this scale provided significant engineering challenges, the designer specified “hidden” rigging, so PRG Germany’s rigging team, led by John Van Look, designed and built an entire system of diverter rigging to keep the hoists on the ground for a minimal rigging profile along the top of the screen against the desert skyline.

Each 54m wing was lifted as a single section on 90 hoists with a finished weight of 72 tonnes.

• A brand new production of The Devil Wears Prada has hit the runway at the Dominion Theatre in London’s West End, fresh from its out-of-town previews at Plymouth Theatre Royal, with an original score and a dozen new songs by Elton John, lyrics by Shaina Taub and Mark Sonnenblick, and direction by three-time Tony Award winner, Jerry Mitchell.
• The show’s lighting was supplied by PRG, a company with a long pedigree and strong tradition for supporting West End theatre, from its origins on Broadway to is current dedicated ambassadors, Jon Cadbury and Peter Marshall, who have been active in supporting West End and fringe theatres for many years.
• PRG Executive Chairman, Chief Creative Officer and Founder, Jere Harris, worked hard to secure PRG as the lighting supplier for Bruno Poet’s sleek and elegant lighting design, simultaneously choosing to upgrade PRG’s theatre lighting inventory to include the most recent and relevant theatre technology. “The Devil Wears Prada has given us the opportunity to bring our equipment bang up to date with significant CAPEX investment in what is proving to be state-of-the-art industry equipment for theatre lighting designers,” explains Cadbury.
