Aya Nakamura at Stade de France

PRG France recently delivered the rigging, lighting and video package for Aya Nakamura’s three sold-out shows at the Stade de France, supporting one of the largest live productions of the summer.

At the heart of the stage design was a 43.2 x 14.4 m semi-transparent TitanX LED screen. The choice for TitanX was driven by its transparency, allowing the creative team to seamlessly combine high-impact video content with visibility through the screen. This made it possible to reveal performers, scenic elements and lighting effects positioned upstage, adding depth and dimension to the visual experience. Several key moments in the show content were specifically designed around this effect, making the screen an integral part of the storytelling rather than simply a video surface.

The lighting rig featured more than 1,000 fixtures, creating a powerful visual environment throughout the production. Eight RoboSpot systems ensured precise performer tracking during the shows.

The production was prepared during a residency at The Best Gayant Expo in Douai before moving into the Stade de France. Alongside the lighting and video systems, PRG delivered the rigging infrastructure required to support the production, including motors installed in the roof structure of the venue.

From preparation to showtime, the project combined technical precision, creativity and large-scale execution, once again demonstrating PRG France’s ability to support ambitious live entertainment productions.
