Congrès des Experts Comptables

For two consecutive editions, PRG France served as the technical partner for the Congrès des Experts Comptables, supplying sound, light, video and rigging kits. 
The gathering took place in Montpellier in September 2023, attracting over 20000 professionals in the field of accountancy.

The project involved a PRG team of 53 highly skilled technicians working for three days to set up and install all the required equipment. Five trucks were used for efficient transportation of the technical gear, facilitating a seamless installation process. In the plenary hall, PRG France provided a comprehensive 360° service, including LED screen projection and capture with 4 UE 150 cameras. Eight video projectors were supplied to ensure 4K image quality, creating an immersive visual experience and ensuring high-quality content delivery.

The evening of September 27th featured an outstanding show, including performances by magician Xavier Constantine and the group World of Queen, captivating and delighting the attendees.

This collaboration with the Congrès des Experts Comptables highlights PRG's expertise in delivering technical solutions for large-scale events across France and Europe.

PRG France has been the technical partner of the Congrès des Experts Comptables for two consecutive editions, providing Sound Light Video Rigging kits. After Paris in 2022, the event was held in Montpellier in September 2023, bringing together more than 20,000 professionals whose activity is linked to accountancy. Among the participants were political figures such as Bruno Le Maire, Minister for the Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty.

A major annual event for the French accountancy profession, the conference has established itself as one of the largest gatherings of professionals in France. A not-to-be-missed event for the profession, it combines political plenary sessions, major conferences and talks, high added-value educational workshops, an exhibition packed with services and tools to satisfy a wide audience, and festive events.

The project required a team of 53 highly qualified technicians, who worked for 3 days to assemble and install all the necessary equipment. No fewer than 5 trucks were used to transport all the technical equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient installation.

A conference hall that also hosts shows for visitors

In the plenary hall for conferences, presentations and concerts, PRG France provided a 360° service including projection on LED screens and capture with 4 UE 150 cameras. We supplied 8 video projectors for 4K image quality. This combination of cutting-edge technologies created an immersive visual experience and guaranteed high-quality content delivery.
