Lighting
Simple lighting – or elaborate mood lighting with all kinds of effects? Our equipment and our expert staff allow us to meet all lighting requirements in the event area from our own inventory. Artificial or natural lighting, spot- or floodlighting, illumination, effects or decorative lighting – for over 25 years, lighting has been one of PRG’s core competencies. No other provider can deliver the selection and quantities we can offer you. We carry brands from many manufacturers and even produce our own product lines. This enables us to always provide our customers with what is best for their project.

Video technology
Cameras, vision mixers, media servers, screens, projections, video walls – we not only provide the required technology, but also the appropriate crew of technicians and creative people for your project.
Video technology processes range from the production of a video signal, for example by a camera or the transmission of a computer signal, to editing using an editing program or a video mixer, to the recording or playback. Playback involves screens, projectors, LED walls or other (dis)play devices.
Let us advise you!

Audio technology
The quality of the sound determines the quality of an event to a large extent, especially for music or dance events. Therefore, we only work with audio material that meets our own expectations. The E15 Adamson, Y18 Adamson, S10 Adamson, S318 Adamson and Adamson SpekTrix are just a few examples of our large range. Of course, we also have quality systems from other manufacturers.
Considering that every event is different, our experts will put together a sound system that will complement your event perfectly. Should no equipment fulfill your requirements, we can also design a system in-house to ensure you the best possible quality.

LED screens
From 3mm indoor to 40mm outdoor, black face or semi-transparent – we have the latest LED technology and know how to handle it.
Each LED system has its advantages – the choice depends on factors such as viewing distance, content, resolution, contrast and brightness. The right selection not only guarantees the desired result, but also helps prevent unnecessary costs. For instance, it doesn’t make sense to use a high-resolution system at an open-air festival.
Talk to our video specialists if you need sound advice on selecting the system for your event.

Rigging
Our riggers are there to help wherever there are loads to be borne. An event without rigging is hardly conceivable today – and not just at on-stage events.
Rigging refers to the hanging or positioning of loads. Riggers are responsible for the proper assembly and disassembly of the load-carrying devices and the loads attached to them. Static and dynamic loads are taken into account, along with the maximum load capacities of the suspension points and the overall construction, and the permissible distribution of loads. In outside areas, wind loads must also be considered.
The chief rigger is also responsible for ensuring that all necessary structural analyses have been obtained and are adhered to.

Stage automation
"Flying" people or objects, turntables, lifting platforms, movable LED walls, etc. - the Stage Automation department handles the moving elements at your event.
Understandably, the strictest possible safety guidelines apply to the movement of loads or people over the audience. The requirements to be met by the technology are extremely high, as absolute reliability is necessary. The use of this kind of automation effects is therefore relatively expensive and requires plenty of preparation time.
However, the effort is worth it: Moving elements are usually a much-appreciated special effect – in some cases, they are even the highlight of the event.
Let our experienced specialists advise you.

Special effects
You want lasers, fireworks and water curtains? No problem. We work with partners to deliver the desired special effects. Take advantage of our market knowledge.
The appropriate special effects can crucially upgrade your event. For example, a laser show to accompany an opening, 3D projections during a show, or indoor or outdoor fireworks for a finale. New ideas for small and large special effects are continually emerging, which we will be happy to present to you. If you are interested in regular updates about new techniques or effects, we recommend that you subscribe to our newsletter on the subject.

Event technology
Event technology includes staging, lighting, audio and video technology. These days, organizing a high-quality event is hardly conceivable without the appropriate professional technical equipment.
Invited guests or paying visitors expect a high level of speech intelligibility, balanced sound, and lighting that is suitable for the occasion. At larger events, the transmission of images and videos is also standard.
PRG is one of the world's leading suppliers of technical equipment and has a one-of-a-kind pool of materials. With over 40 branches at all the key international venues, PRG can usually provide very competitive costing, and operate all over the world.

Broadcast lighting
PRG has the equipment and expertise to provide broadcast-suitable lighting for any event.
With our extensive materials pool, we can handle both indoor and outdoor productions of all sizes. Our equipment ranges from small and large artificial lighting units to daylight PARs, from step lighting and floodlights to 7 kW xenon searchlights and 100 kW SoftSuns.

Power
Whether from a fixed power supply or from generators – having reliable power at an event is crucial. We ensure there are no interruptions to the supply.
From 3 x 16A Schuko splitters to 3 x 2000 A distributors – our Power department handles the planning and implementation of your power supply. Many of our power distributors have network connections for remote monitoring of voltage, frequency, current and other data. This lets us immediately determine if a problem is indicated somewhere.
If the existing electrical outlets are not sufficient or if you want to use a redundant, network-independent system, mobile generators are used. We provide the required infrastructure from our own stocks – generators are usually rented from reputable local suppliers.

Crew
A well-trained crew ensures the success of your event. We put together the team that is needed for your project.
In Belgium, we employ over 100 skilled employees and a pool of several hundred freelancers. Internationally, PRG has well over 2,000 full-time staff members. With this team, we run international projects of all types and sizes.
We book the roadies or other manpower etc... with local service providers we regularly work with to save on accommodation costs and travel. Due to our wide range of services, we have specialists in all areas. All key positions are filled with our staff or a freelance we work with on regular basis. Depending on the requirements, we use master craftsmen, engineers, high-altitude rescue workers, event technology specialists, pyrotechnicians, etc. Especially in difficult situations, it pays to work with qualified professionals.

Light, video & sound planning
We draw up technical and logistical plans for all the required event technology.
Timely planning contributes significantly to a successful event. We support you from the initial concept and costing to the implemented event.
Our experienced team plans the necessary technology as well as the chronological and logistical processes, in coordination with your people who are involved in the project. The required information is recorded in relevant drawings, plans, packing lists, flowcharts, etc., so that each party can see what, when, where and how something happens, as well who is responsible and how they are involved.

Designer support
We provide technical support for your design work – no matter whether you want to consult us for a pitch or for creating a project.
We help with load calculations, rigging plans, technical drawings, measurements, weight and volume specifications, pictures, videos, etc. Often we also have (floor-) plans of venues or other data and information that could be useful for you. We will gladly share our design icons with you, and can also assist you with renderings or animations for your presentation.
Call us or send us an email if you wish to receive more information.

IT & Communication
IT is a broad field:
This segment includes hardware and software for computer systems and various types of communication technology. Whether you need a single terminal or a complex computer network; wireless devices or a complex matrix intercom; networks for audio, video or data signals – our IT professionals take responsibility for providing it. We use hardware and software from all widely known manufacturers.

Lighting design
Due to our experience and contacts in the domain, we can either recommend you a lighting designer in function of the specifications of your project as well as your budget.
For smaller projects, we can help you choosing the appropriate material by using our own in-house capacities.
Lighting is an essential part of any event. The look that results from the interior design and lighting is meant to create an atmosphere and set highlights at the right moment.
Therefore, the designer must understand exactly what objectives the customer is pursuing and create their lighting design based on that.
To give the customer an impression of their ideas, mood lighting and looks can be visualized and animated using software, like for example wysiwyg. As part of pre-production, the designer can then program planned lighting moods prior to the event, thereby saving a lot of time at the event location.

Pre-programming
Pre-programming includes defining the lighting moods, videos to be played, and many other details that can be handled while preparing a program. This saves a lot of time and money on-site.
With the use modern lighting control systems and multimedia programs, it makes obvious sense to do much of the work during pre-production. This involves reproducing the event location as precisely as possible using 3D simulation, then enriching it with décor, lighting and video effects. This helps with the programming, but also helps the customer visualize it.
Doing so frees up a lot of time and prevents hectic stress at the venue. Usually, it allows for shortening the rental period, which also significantly reduces costs.

Project management
The Project Management team is responsible for the budget compliance, planning, organization, implementation, and follow-up of your event.
The team’s other important tasks include costing, communications, contract management and invoicing. Usually, these tasks are distributed among several people – this is not strictly necessary for smaller projects.
No matter whether you wish to handle the tasks yourself, or hire the whole team – we provide you with properly trained personnel for each position. Our employees can draw on our back office at all times to provide you with ready-made checklists, flowcharts, etc. It is also possible to temporarily boost the team with specialists from specific fields to provide additional certainty.

Rigging planning
We carry out professional technical calculations and planning for all floor and ceiling loads.
Detailed planning of loads and suspension points requires a special kind of discipline and compliance with all rules and regulations. Our internal and external specialists have many years of expertise and know exactly how to hang or place static and dynamic loads, taking into account the permissible load distribution at the location.
Our rigging planners establish the required CAD drawings and plans to ensure that the structural analysis of statics is available for the building inspection and for safety.

Scaffolding
Events in confined spaces mainly call for stages and platforms – outdoors, tents and scaffolding are also used.
Stage and scaffolding systems are usually modular and can therefore be used very flexibly and in almost any size. Roofed areas encounter physical limits much earlier, as spans and weather conditions play a major role in the structural analysis. Let us advise you. Our stage and scaffolding experts are happy to help.

Show lighting
Any stage lighting that serves not merely to provide illumination is often referred to as “show lighting” or “effect lighting.” This can, for example, be stage lighting, or the lighting effects for a multimedia (sound & lights) show. The illumination of decoration is generally referred to as "deco lighting," but light itself can also be used as decoration to create the desired mood.
Moving lights, LED lights, Space Cannons and many other specialty lamps are often used in show and deco lighting. PRG has the world’s most extensive pool of equipment in the area of show and deco lighting.

Sound design
Sound design as we understand it means taking into account the physical circumstances and conditions, as well as helping to create an atmosphere.
Good sound at an event not only means being able to understand the speaker clearly in the back row of the room or an adjacent room; a balanced sound should create a pleasant mood among your guests.
The correct number and size of speakers to be integrated into the design of the room so as not do not disturb the overall picture, are just as much part of the sound design as planning an emergency public address system.
By using modern sound systems, digital mixing consoles and sophisticated signal processing, even acoustically difficult spaces can now be easily filled with sound. Changes to stage situations or band setups can be prepared before the event and simply requested during the show.

Support
Pitch or project – we provide the technical professionals you need for your planning and designing work.
We can help with advice, tendering documents, technical drawings, measurements, weight and volume specifications, pictures, videos, etc. Often we also have (floor-) plans of venues or other data and information that could be useful for you. We will gladly share our design icons with you. For your presentation, we can assist you with renderings or animations. If you are interested in taking a look at other events, we will attempt to get you access in consultation with our customers.
Our support for planners and designers is usually free. However, if your pitch requires extensive services from us, the terms of cooperation should be discussed. We would be happy to discuss your needs in person.

Visualization
High-quality presentation documents facilitate a professional presentation of your project – internally and externally. We prepare all the necessary material for you.
This includes sketches, illustrations, drawings, renderings, animations, websites, and fully produced films. The expense of creating presentation material should, of course, always be in proportion to the volume of the project. For smaller projects, drawings and renderings are usually created. Larger projects sometimes require more extensive presentations. Visualizations are drawn up in close consultation with you and the designers involved.
Call us or email the PRG Creative team, if you would like a free consultation on presentation materials.

Set design
We develop various suggestions for your set and stage design – with our own or third-party set designers as needed.
In the beginning there is usually just an idea and a rough sketch. This is then further developed on a computer in the form of CAD drawings and visualizations into the necessary blueprints and production/assembly documents.
Every set design involves designing a backdrop that creates the desired atmosphere, to optimally support the meaning or message of your event. The inclusion of technical elements such as LED screens and decorative lighting is a given.
Our experienced set designers take all applicable national and international regulations into account in their designs, so you can count on not having any unpleasant surprises, even with international productions.
