What's New in PRG's Global Inventory: PRG Expands Global Technology Inventory with Major Investments Across EMEA and APAC

PRG is expanding its global technology inventory with a series of new investments across audio, video, lighting and production infrastructure, strengthening its capabilities across EMEA and APAC.

The latest additions include Adamson's new Vergence Group loudspeaker system, expanded L-Acoustics inventory, AURA LED, INFiLED AR4 MK2 and the latest fixtures from GLP and Ayrton. Together, these investments increase capacity across Central Europe, Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia and Japan while giving clients access to the latest production technology through PRG's global network.

In expanding our global portfolio, we listened closely to both the market and our customers, ensuring that their needs were at the heart of our selection process.

Our new arrivals at a glance

Let's Take a Closer Look at the Latest Additions to Our Global Inventory

Adamson Vergence Group

One of the highlights of this investment is the arrival of the Adamson Vergence Group Cardioid System. With the addition of the new VGt and VGx loudspeakers, we're introducing Adamson's latest platform to our inventory, bringing a system designed to deliver exceptional audio performance while simplifying deployment for production teams.

As demand continues to grow, particularly in the live music market, this investment expands our ability to offer a rider-friendly system capable of supporting productions ranging from touring shows to major live events.

What sets Vergence Group apart is the technology behind it. Faster transient response, lower distortion and improved accuracy combine to produce a detailed, natural listening experience, while its advanced midrange design and industry-leading cardioid performance deliver highly controlled coverage and excellent speech intelligibility, even in acoustically challenging venues.

The system has also been engineered with efficiency in mind. Its compact design reduces truck space, rack requirements and deployment time, helping production teams lower transport and logistics costs without compromising performance. It delivers benefits both on stage and behind the scenes.

L-Acoustics – Expanding a Proven Portfolio

Our German operation is also expanding its L-Acoustics inventory with new Kara II, Kiva II and X8 loudspeakers, strengthening an already well-established platform and providing greater flexibility across touring, corporate and live event applications.

Each system has been selected for a specific purpose - Whether used as a compact full-range loudspeaker, as the main PA, or as a delay system for larger line array systems such as K1, K2, or L2.

The Kara II provides a scalable line array solution with impressive output and efficient deployment, making it equally suited to touring productions and large corporate events. The compact Kiva II excels where rigging space is limited, delivering high-quality performance, while the X8 is a compact full-range loudspeaker, ideal for corporate and special events. It can also be deployed as a front fill, delay, or stage monitor.

Together, these additions allow our teams to build systems that are better matched to each production, whether supporting an intimate conference or a large-scale live event.

Yamaha DM7 systems

We're excited to expand our audio inventory with Yamaha DM7 systems, Yamaha CTL-DM7 controllers, and Rio-D3 stageboxes. As a proven audio platform, the Yamaha DM7 has already demonstrated its capabilities across a wide range of productions, particularly in the corporate and special events market.

Having already been successfully deployed on numerous productions throughout Europe, the Yamaha DM7 platform will now be available in greater numbers across our EMEA locations. This expanded inventory enables us to deliver a standardized, scalable solution while providing even greater flexibility, availability, and support for productions of every size.

AURA Joins Our Long-Term Inventory

Following strong demand across corporate events, exhibitions and broadcast productions, AURA is now becoming a permanent part of our inventory.

While image quality is a key strength, AURA's biggest advantage is its flexibility. Specially designed cube connectors allow designers to create seamless 90-degree corners and three-dimensional LED structures, moving beyond traditional flat screen installations to create more immersive display environments.

The system has also been designed to integrate easily into exhibition environments. Native compatibility with widely used exhibition framing systems simplifies installation within existing stand designs, while virtually invisible panel edges create a clean, uninterrupted finish.

By bringing AURA into our long-term inventory, we're giving clients access to an LED platform that combines creative freedom with practical deployment, making it equally suited to exhibitions, conferences and premium broadcast environments.

Built for Large-Scale Outdoor Events: INFiLED AR4 MK2

For outdoor applications, our Australian team is investing in the INFiLED AR4 MK2 to support growing demand across festivals, sporting events and large public experiences.

Designed specifically for outdoor use, the AR4 MK2 combines high brightness, durable construction and reliable performance in challenging weather conditions. Its robust design makes it well suited to stadium productions and major outdoor events where image quality and reliability are equally important.

The investment also increases regional capacity, allowing our Australian teams to support more large-scale productions with locally available inventory.

Expanding Creative Possibilities

Alongside our investments in audio and video, we're expanding our lighting inventory with two of GLP's latest fixtures:

GLP TWYN

The GLP TWYN combines two established fixtures into a single unit, pairing the Creos Wash with the JDC Burst strobe. Rather than requiring two separate fixtures, designers can achieve both wash and strobe effects from one compact solution.

For production teams, this means fewer fixtures to transport, space and power, while lighting designers benefit from greater creative flexibility without increasing the size or complexity of the lighting set.

Ayrton Eagle Strike

Following the lead of our colleagues in the U.S., we're also excited to have invested in the new EagleStrike from Ayrton.

Launched late last year, the Ayrton EagleStrike is the manufacturer’s latest high-impact fixture, designed for music touring and large-scale live events.´

As the first LED-source fixture in Ayrton’s portfolio engineered for long-distance outdoor use, it delivers exceptional performance in demanding environments. Modified for use with PRG’s GroundControl system, the EagleStrike also serves as an ideal followspot solution for large venues.

GLP JDC Burst 1

Already one of the most requested fixtures in our inventory, the GLP JDC Burst 1 has become a staple across touring, television and festival productions.

Its popularity comes from its versatility. Combining high-output strobe effects with creative pixel control, it can be used as a traditional strobe, an effects fixture or an integrated scenic element within larger lighting designs.

To meet continued client demand, we're significantly expanding our inventory, ensuring greater availability across our network for productions where the JDC Burst 1 has become a fixture of choice.

GLP impression X5 IP Maxx

In addition to these new investments, we are also expanding our inventory of proven fixtures. We have added more GLP impression X5 IP Maxx fixtures to our fleet, offering exceptional output, outstanding RGBL colour quality and IP65-rated protection. Their versatile beam-to-wash performance makes them an ideal choice for demanding applications across touring, festivals and outdoor events.

Ayrton - Rivale, Veloce and Nando 502 Wash

As an Ayrton distribution partner, our team in Japan has also made a significant investment in Ayrton’s latest fixture portfolio, including the Rivale, Veloce and Nando 502 Wash. Together, these fixtures create a balanced, future-focused offering that reflects the evolving needs of the global entertainment lighting industry. Designed to excel across live music, major live events, theatre and broadcast, they combine high-performance LED technology with weather-resistant construction to deliver exceptional flexibility, reliability and creative potential for a wide range of venues and production environments.

Last but certainly not least, we responded to feedback from both our teams and our customers with significant investments in the core infrastructure that underpins every production. By expanding our backbone of data and power management solutions, while further enhancing our casing and delivery standards, we are improving efficiency, reliability and operational consistency across our global network.

These latest investments reflect PRG's ongoing commitment to providing clients with access to the industry's most advanced production technology.

"As demand continues to grow across our global markets, we remain focused on investing in the latest technologies and equipment our clients need both today and in the future," said Gary Boyd, COO EMEA & APAC. "We're excited to continue investing in technologies that help our clients deliver exceptional experiences and stay ahead of evolving production demands. At the same time, these investments strengthen our ability to support a wide range of productions and deliver the consistent excellence our clients expect across our global network."

By continually expanding our global inventory and strengthening our regional capabilities, PRG is increasing capacity while giving production teams the flexibility, reliability and creative tools they need to deliver exceptional experiences - wherever their next production takes place.
