Roundhay Festival made its debut in 2026, bringing three days of live music and entertainment to Leeds' iconic Roundhay Park. Created by AEG Presents, the inaugural festival welcomed headline performances from Pitbull, Lewis Capaldi and All Things Orchestral, marking the beginning of a new chapter for one of the UK's most historic outdoor concert locations.

For the festival's first edition, PRG UK supplied the lighting and rigging for both the Main Stage and Stage 2, supporting the creative vision while ensuring every element was delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.

This behind-the-scenes look follows the journey from warehouse preparation through to load in and show day. Every truss, fixture and piece of equipment is planned, prepared and checked before it ever leaves our warehouse. That attention to detail enables our teams to build efficiently on site, reduce potential challenges and give our partners confidence that every aspect of the production is ready when it matters most.

While audiences experience the performances, delivering an event of this scale relies on weeks of planning, collaboration and technical expertise behind the scenes. From pre-production and logistics through to installation and operation, every stage of the process is focused on creating a seamless experience for organisers, artists and audiences alike.
