The groundbreaking 10-episode competition series, created by MrBeast, set an astonishing 40 Guinness World Records, making history for the largest unscripted show in terms of prize money, number of contestants, gear and logistics.
PRG had one month of planning to provide over 325 cameras, including ARRI, Sony, Black Magic and Panasonic, and coordinated 5 miles of fiber infrastructure.
All this gear was packed into fifteen 53-foot semis dedicated to video, audio, LED and cameras.
Set up 2 control rooms spanning 3 locations with a team of specialists
Utilized a variety of broadcast equipment, including 3 Evertz NEXX routers, EQX16 Routers, and over 40 Riedel Micron UHD

Lighting Camera

Nearly 60,000 feet (11+ miles) of fiber optic cable was used, enough to stretch across 150 football fields.
Elation Proteus Radius fixtures lit up the stage, fresh off their debut at the CMA Awards.
Pathway Connectivity developed and tested a new solution for their Via 12 Ethernet Switches, ensuring seamless fiber integration for the lighting system.
The team provided an additional 55 fixtures, networking infrastructure and atmospherics for various pre-game events.
PRG also equipped Van Wagner’s ‘auxiliary control room’ with flypacks including modular furniture as well as camera packages to capture talent, celebrity shots, pre-game elements and more.

We Implemented multiple moving elements, including 9 screens and a lighting halo on 23 MoveKet hoists.
We utilized a range of LED screens, including ROE Visual CB5 Chevrons, the iconic Eyebrow curved screen, and PRG’s INFiLED Titan-X screens to enhance the visual experience.
PRG’s experienced team, along with new talent from the UK apprenticeship program, ensured smooth execution.

A 95 x 36 ft YesTech LED floor transformed the stage, offering fans seated higher in the arena a dynamic, alternate perspective of the show.
Setup included a 10 x 12 ft LED B-stage and 120 Vanish 8T LED tiles forming columns along the main stage, creatively housing lighting fixtures to deliver unique visuals throughout the performance.
Six NovaStar MX40 LED processors and two Brompton Tessera SX40s powered the visuals, ensuring video quality and execution with a dedicated 5-person on-site crew.

PRG played a pivotal role in d4vd's North American tour, delivering a custom lighting package that balanced cost, space, and impact.
Our Next Gen team, led by Account Executive Grace Hutson, collaborated closely with Creative Director Raheem Powell and Lighting Designer Lee Duck to create an immersive visual experience.
From utilizing the PRG Tinker Truss for streamlined logistics to aligning technical elements with the artist's vision, PRG's involvement was integral to the tour’s success, enhancing every performance with innovative solutions and expert support.

The entire festival spread out over a 5.5 km purpose-built site housing 8 dynamic stages where more than 150 acts performed over three days for more than 450,000 visitors.
PRG played a pivotal role in supporting Creative Director and Lead Designer Alex Reardon's vision, providing rigging, video, lighting, audio and automation for the festival's centerpiece, the Big Beast stage.
Beyond the technical aspects, the project emphasized collaboration across disciplines and PRG entities, involving teams spanning Germany, the UK, France, Belgium, Spain, Netherlands, Dubai and Saudi Arabia. Approximately 109 onsite personnel were engaged and 60-100 individuals working remotely.

The units also played a crucial role in unveiling the Formula 1 drivers.

Due to different venue sizes, the touring rig was set up with three different height configurations to always give the audience the best possible view.
The creative team and lighting designer Mike Pascucci created an intimate bedroom stage setup complete with a ROE CB5 LED wall for scenery, a bed, and a desk area, all flanked by VL2600s, JDC-1s, Mac Auras and Bar 20s.

Partnering with LDJ Productions PRG created a “runway on a runway” for the actress’s fashion line collaboration with Delta Airlines
The show took place in an actual airport hangar with a large LED runway entrance covered in moving clouds for takeoff
PRG’s scenic team developed a structure for stage lighting with spirals that evoked a flight path and fixtures emulating runway lights
PRG provided stamped engineering drawings for the rigging components, scenic elements and technical integration
